A world away from your everyday grind.

Club Run was the target of the Emerald Ash Borer and that necessitated removal of over 100 trees.  The only place that it was detrimental to the course was to the left of #18 and we will replant some large trees there next fall.

We are sure that you will enjoy the course even more than you have in the past.  As you witnessed the removal of the ash trees from the Walnut Creek Course, most if not all players have enjoyed the change and the new look that it has provided.

You see, when we planted the trees they were only about 20' tall and 10' diameter.  The ones at Walnut Creek had matured to average height of 60' and 40' in diamater.  The trees at Club Run had matured to about 40' tall and 30' in diameter.  So because they had grown so well along with others planted along side of them the ash trees are not really missed and in fact it has made a better golf course with them gone!
